The Consortium is governed by the Board of Directors, which is comprised of representatives from each member company. Technical work is carried out through working groups established by the Board for specific initiatives. The IPAC-RS Secretariat, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, provides project management, administrative and other assistance for all projects.
